#CFLC 3.0: Chukwuebuka's Supa Strikers edges Invincible United in U10 5-a-Side Finals ⚽🔥

The U10 5-a-Side Final had all the makings of a classic showdown! Invincible United, the table-topping juggernauts led by Ejimeke Francis, stormed into the decider after a nail-biting 1-0 win over dark horses All Stars in the Semi-Finals—proof that they were hungry for the top spot! Meanwhile, Super Strikers, fueled by Chukwuebuka's magic, finished second in the league stages and weren't about to let anyone stop them. Facing FC United in the semis, they blitzed their way to victory with a commanding 2-0 win, booking their ticket to face the reigning favourites in an electrifying final! The battle for U10 supremacy was ON! 

The moment of truth arrived as the sun set over Asaba! The Millennium Stars FA playing ground, nestled behind the Police Headquarters, buzzed with anticipation at 5 pm. Two fearless captains, Chukwuebuka (Super Strikers) and Ejimeke Francis (Invincible United), led their dream teams onto the pitch, fueled by grit and determination! Here’s the lineup for the ultimate clash:

At halftime, the scoreboard read 0-0, but the tension? Sky-high!

The second half reignited the fire! Francis Obinna Ejimeke thought he’d snatched victory for Invincible United when his rocket hit the crossbar—heartbreak! The game ended in a glorious stalemate, leaving destiny to decide via penalties…

Cue the edge-of-the-seat drama!  Supa Strikers Chukwudumebi stepped up, nerves steel, and CONVERTED the decider! What. A. Match!  Both teams battled like warriors—this was football at its finest! Supa Strikers etched history.

Penalty shootouts are a lottery, but what’s undeniable is the heart these kids brought to the pitch.”
